Concierge Service
The signature service of Clava Nouveau is the offering of a full access concierge retainer. Operated and maintained a designated executive, members have us to serve as their administrators and organizers so they may remain focused on their art. Our bespoke service will provide research information, travel coordination, material sourcing, private event planning, and anything else our members might need. While information sourcing by concierge is included with membership, the cost of additional services requested by members will be charged to member accounts.
Members may submit concierge requests through the membership portal and fulfillment timelines will be given within 24 hours of receiving the request.
